Car Shows
The HSV Club ACT runs a car show competition each year to determine the Club Show Champions in their respective categories for the year. The classes are broken down to the following categories:
• Concourse
• Classic
• Show n Shine
• Daily Driven
• Modified
• Motorsport
At specific car shows throughout the year the cars are independently judged according a set guidelines. This ensures consistent method of judging so the results are fair and consistent. The points acquired at each judged car show are tallied at the end of the year with awards going to the best car in each.
The standard of competition is quite high at these shows and to be competitive a high level of attention to detail primarily in terms of cleanliness is required.
Club Displays
Club displays are not competitive like the judged car shows. They are held at various events to showcase the Club.
The HSV Club regularly participates in events such as the Shannons Wheels display and the All Holden Day.
